fairly clean brilliant hotel. good food, good little and beautifully decorated room with further notice and a shower, for instance. incredibly nice breakfast, a wide range of options available. very friendly staff members, favourable location very close to a local cafe, the sea front and entertainment at night in the bar, and the main areas. again, walking distance to blackpool beach.

Didn't really have very long in the hotel as I booked in after seeing the lights, so it was just bed, very comfy, then bathroom excellent, breakfast, choices excellent. Can only speak for the room I was in. Left after breakfast to have a walk and take in the seaside air,

What we enjoyed most was the fabulous entertainment each night. It varied and kept customers entertained as well as happy. I loved the luxury feel as you walk through the doors and how friendly the staff, and even the locals are. I also liked how close it is to the shops and attractions. Definatly recommending it, 5 stars.
The way breakfast time was organised.

The room was clean and comfortable, although very dated and small, whereas the public areas were bright and modern. It was perfectly located for us. Car parking was very difficult, with only a limited number of spaces and people double parking.
Car parking spaces are very limited, with people double parking. We didn't like the fact that guests must leave their car keys with reception so hotel staff can move cars around. We paid to park at a public car park further down the road which made carrying our luggage, especially things on hangers, very difficult.

The buffet breakfast
The safe was closed when we arrived and couldn't be opened asked for it to be opened to be told it would have to be opened the next day! the next day came and no-one opened it that was our two night break without anywhere safe to put our valuables. Also asked the second day our tea and coffee was not replenished even though I asked for it to be done. Fine to take a call from me but no action taken by the other staff... does anyone ever follow up requests have been actioned? I think not.
